1. Our Commitment
We are committed to making TheHub Convention Manager accessible to people of all abilities. We continuously improve the platform and our marketing site to meet accepted accessibility standards.
2. Conformance Status
We target conformance with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We regularly audit the platform against these guidelines and address gaps as part of our regular development cadence.
3. Technical Specifications
- HTML5 with semantic markup
- CSS (Grid and Flexbox) for accessible layouts
- JavaScript / React with proper ARIA roles and states
- WAI-ARIA for live regions, dialogs, and complex widgets
4. Known Limitations
The Floor Builder is a data-heavy spatial editor that's inherently challenging for fully-keyboard or screen-reader-only workflows. We have ongoing work to improve keyboard navigation, screen reader announcements, and alternative data views for users who can't interact with the visual canvas.
