Terms of Service

By accessing or using TheHub Convention Manager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TheHub Convention Manager is a SaaS platform for managing trade shows, conferences, and conventions — including floor plans, booth sales, ticketing, sponsorships, and attendee engagement.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Report any suspected unauthorized access to security@thehubconventionmanager.com.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Use the service to build a competing product
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may suspend service for non-payment after notice and a reasonable cure period.

You retain ownership of your event data. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide the service. We retain all rights to our platform, including all software and documentation.

Each party agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the other's non-public information and to use it only for purposes of providing or receiving the service.

Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify TheHub Convention Manager against any third-party claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

Either party may terminate this agreement with notice. Upon termination, your access to the service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
